What type of wifi router is required?

All our devices work on 2.4 Ghz. Any wi-fi router in the market is good enough for operating our smart home devices. However, we usually suggest our customers to use Mesh

Is it compatible with Alexa, Google home and Siri?

A1. Yes it is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google home and Siri. To connect your device go to ME option on the bottom right of your home screen< go to MORE SERVICES > Choose the third party access > Link your Amazon Alexa account with it > follow the steps as shown on your mobile screen.

Orders and returns

Is it compatible with Apple Homekit?

No, currently SmartiQo products are not compatible with the Apple Homekit. However you can use Siri to operate the products. FIND OUT HOW(insert hyperlink)

How to connect devices with mobile applications?

Download the smartiqo app (available on both ioS and android app store (link)) > create a user account > create a home > click on the ‘+ (add device)’ icon on the top right side > select your SmartiQo device > Follow the instructions on the screen > your SmartiQo device is connected
