Orders and returns
While connecting all your smart devices please make sure to keep your bluetooth mode of your mobile phone on. A lot of our devices can detect the mobile phone and pop up in the app by themselves once you go to the ADD DEVICE option located in the top right corner of our APP homepage.
Devices like door locks and switches do not require wifi if you want to use it manually. But if you want it to be operated by your phone, then the devices do need wi-fi to work.
Orders and returns
All our devices work on 2.4 Ghz. Any wi-fi router in the market is good enough for operating our smart home devices. However, we usually suggest our customers to use Mesh
Download the smartiqo app (available on both ioS and android app store (link)) > create a user account > create a home > click on the ‘+ (add device)’ icon on the top right side > select your SmartiQo device > Follow the instructions on the screen > your SmartiQo device is connected
