This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which SMARTIQO PRIVATE LIMITED (“SMARTIQO”) provides warranty coverage for its products.
All terms used herein shall carry the meanings defined below unless stated otherwise:
- “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing the product from an authorized reseller or distributor.
- “Product” refers to the SMARTIQO branded product purchased.
- “Warranty Period” refers to the period during which the warranty is valid.
- “Authorized Service Personnel” refers to SMARTIQO’s designated technical support staff.
- “Physical Damage” refers to any damage due to wear and tear, mishandling, breakage, or customer-inflicted damage.
3.1 The warranty is valid only for the first purchaser and is non-transferable.
3.2 A valid purchase invoice is mandatory to claim warranty services.
3.3 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by misuse, mishandling, theft, power fluctuations, or natural calamities.
3.4 Customers must report issues through the online support form. A response can be expected within 24-48 working hours.
3.5 Only Authorized Service Personnel may install or repair products. Unauthorized interventions void the warranty.
3.6 Extended warranty (up to two years) may be availed by contacting a SMARTIQO sales executive during the standard warranty period.
3.7 Shipping costs for repairs are borne by the customer. Visit fees apply if an on-site inspection is required.
3.8 Damage caused by lack of infrastructure such as voltage instability is not covered.
3.9 Theft or damage caused by an act of God is excluded from coverage.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
