This No Refund Policy applies uniformly to all clients, dealers, and distributors of SmartiQo Pvt Ltd. By engaging in any transaction with SmartiQo Pvt Ltd., you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
This policy governs all products and services provided by SmartiQo Pvt Ltd. It is applicable to every individual or entity associated with our business.
No refund requests shall be entertained once a transaction is completed, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate, mutually agreed-upon contract.
All transactions with SmartiQo Pvt Ltd. shall be considered as acceptance of this No Refund Policy.
Clients, dealers, and distributors are strongly advised to carefully review this policy prior to finalizing any purchase or agreement.
Once a transaction has been confirmed and the goods or services have been provided, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
This applies to all payment methods and includes, but is not limited to, digital payments, bank transfers, and cash transactions.
Any disputes or claims arising from a transaction shall be addressed according to the procedures outlined in our Terms of Service and any other applicable contractual agreements.
SmartiQo Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to seek appropriate remedial actions to settle disputes without the issuance of a refund.
SmartiQo Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update this policy at its discretion.
All changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to all future transactions.
It is the responsibility of all parties to stay informed of any modifications to this policy.
Refunds or returns will only be considered under the following condition:
- If a product is confirmed to be damaged or defective by our authorized Warranty Officer following inspection, and such damage is covered under the company’s warranty terms.
- If a dealer or distributor is unable to sell purchased products and seeks a refund at the end of the partnership, SmartiQo Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any unsold inventory.
- The company does not accept returns or provide refunds due to business failure or inability to sell the products.
In rare and exceptional cases where a return is considered, the following conditions must be strictly met:
- The product(s) must be in RESELLABLE condition, including original and undamaged packaging.
- The decision to accept such returns lies solely with the company’s management, and is not guaranteed.
